Synopsis

A shy tailless kitten from the shelter finds a new home with the girl Birgitta. However, a sudden storm blows him towards the big city of Uppsala, where he has adventures with other, more street-wise cats. Not all of them are in his favor, certainly not because of his deviant appearance. The big cat Mike and his not too smart helpers, the twins Bill and Bull, make Pelle look like an oddity in his cat cabaret, but fortunately Pelle also meets the sweet cat Maya. In the end he has to choose: does he go back to Birgitta or does he stay with Maya?
