Mia and the white lion

Synopsis

Ten-year-old Mia's life is turned upside down when her family decides to exchange their London home for a lion farm in South Africa. She misses her friends. When the beautiful white lion, Charlie, is born, she manages to bond closely with the white cub. That gives her life color again. After three years, Mia's life is turned upside down when she discovers a secret her father is hiding. Troubled at the thought that Charlie might be in danger, Mia decides to run away, leaving the farm and her family behind. Together with Charlie, she embarks on an adventurous journey across the wild African savannah, in search of another land where Charlie can live in safety and freedom.
