Synopsis

Shinji awakens aboard the battleship AAA Wunder belonging to an anti-NERV organization founded by NERV members. Shinji hears Rei's voice coming from EVA-09, who has come to rescue him. He leaves the ship and goes to NERV. Kaworu Nagisa shows Shinji the changed land. Rei's rescue provoked the Third Impact, which caused the damage to Earth.
